Clean Buildings Tier 2 compliance in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell and Kenmore
We're based in Kenmore and own apartment buildings in Kenmore, Bothell and Kirkland, so the Eastside is home turf. If you own a building of 20,000+ sq ft here, we'll handle your Clean Buildings Tier 2 report before the July 1, 2027 deadline.
How you pay
We do the work. You get paid.
Participating utilities pay you an early adopter incentive of $0.30 per sq ft (more for some multifamily buildings), and our fee comes in under it, so most owners come out ahead. On a 30,000 sq ft building, the base incentive is $9,000.
Incentives are paid by participating utilities while funding lasts.
Why owners here work with us
- We're local: our office is in Kenmore, and we can walk your building in person
- We know PSE: we've secured more than $800,000 in Puget Sound Energy incentive funding on our own Eastside buildings, for windows, insulation, air sealing, ventilation fans, smart thermostats and EV chargers
- Compliance and rebates together: the upgrades in your energy management plan often qualify for PSE's multifamily incentives, and we file both
Local utilities: Puget Sound Energy (electric and natural gas), plus city utilities and districts such as Bellevue Utilities and Northshore Utility District (water and sewer).

Questions owners ask
Which areas do you cover on the Eastside?
Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Issaquah and the rest of King and south Snohomish County. We work statewide too.
Can you combine Clean Buildings with PSE rebates?
Yes. PSE's multifamily programs cover upgrades like windows, insulation, air sealing, fans and smart thermostats. We've used them on our own buildings and can check what yours qualifies for.
Can you meet at my building?
Yes. We're in Kenmore and can do a site visit anywhere on the Eastside.
