Privacy policy
Landlord Money Finder is run by Home Property Tools, 7339 NE 175th St Office, Kenmore, WA 98028 ("we"). This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on landlordmoneyfinder.com.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist or send a request, we collect what you type into the form: your email, and if you give them, your name, the city or address of your rentals, number of units or buildings, building size, and which utility bills you. We also record the date, your browser type, the page that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, a link from our sister site).
How we use it
- To contact you about the services you signed up for
- To decide which utilities and areas to add next
- To understand which links and partners send us visitors
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the site
We use a few service providers to host the site and handle your information on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Supabase (database) and Resend (sending email). They can only use it to provide their service to us.
Emails from us
After you sign up you'll get one confirmation email. Before we send anything else, like a note that a service is open, every email will include our mailing address (7339 NE 175th St Office, Kenmore, WA 98028) and a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email or write to us to be removed.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the service you signed up for opens and we've contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to get off a waitlist. We'll take care of it within 30 days.
Children
This site is for property owners and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
